With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer packaging!), for exchange or credit within 30 days of the purchase date.
Exceptions
- Since we cannot guarantee your picking skills, our Lock Picks are warranted again defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days.
- Our E Series Electric picks are warranted for six months.
- Our LAT-17 is warranted for one year.
- Southord MAX® Lock Picks feature a lifetime guarantee (excludes abuse to the tools).
- Books are not returnable, and video tapes, DVDs and CDs may be returned for replacement if defective.
Procedures
All products sold on this site may be returned, if in new condition, to include manufacture packaging, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.
Orders canceled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
